A two story wood frame house with a mansard roof and three dormer windows is built above a retaining wall in Central City, Colorado. It has two bay windows on opposite sides of the front wall. The covered front porch is built behind a masonry retaining. The porch is supported by simple columns and has a pipe railing around the perimeter. A pipe railing is above the retaining wall upon which the house rests and has a sign attached to it that is not legible. A tree without leaves grows in the front yard.
