A one story house with a stone chimney, flared eaves, and a gabled roof is built above a stone retaining wall in Central City, Colorado. The four arched windows are surrounded with decorative brickwork, a wheel window above the porch, and qoinwork. The roof over the porch imitates the large roof and spindles along the porch frieze complement the spindled railing between the tapered posts. Lattice work is below the porch. Trees, shrubs, and vegetation surround the house.
