Summary
A replica of an early Denver and Rio Grande Railroad Depot is in City Park in Alamosa, Colorado and houses the Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce. The depot is a two-story wood frame building with clapboard siding, wainscot, steeply pitched gable with flared eaves and roof cresting, tall central dormer with hipped roof, decorative gable apron, and contrasting board trim. Commerce signs, a trash can, railroad starting signal, and a flatbed hand truck are in front of the. A building with a curvilinear gable and tile roof and a tall baseball backstop fence are behind the building.
