Title	Silverton brass band
Summary	An outdoor portrait of a brass band in Silverton, Colorado; they wear sack suits with vests, gold chains and a variety of hats; all hold their instruments (including tubas, trombones, cornets, and a large bass drum with "Silverton" lettered on it). The women wear billowy blouses and straw hats with ribbons and flowers; one wears a wide lace collar and ribboned straw hat; another wears a plumed "Merry Widow" hat. The children are in frocks and sailor suits, with straw hats. A man in the center holds a trombone; pine trees fill the background.
