This two-story rusticated stone building in Morrison, Jefferson County, Colorado, has an open porch and balcony, clipped gables, brick chimneys, and a widow's walk. Built by George Morrison in 1874 as a hotel for Governor John Evans, this structure served many uses over the years. Picket fence encloses the yard, and a boy poses in the foreground.
