The structure has a wood frame with plaster of Paris and staff overlay. Designed in the Renaissance Revival style, the main entrance has a portico and smaller entrances at both ends. Shows windows with arched niches and columns. The roof line has a balustrade, a cornice, and flag poles with flags. Shows the Grand Canal.
