Summary	View of Spring Street in downtown Los Angeles, California. Pedestrians, horse-drawn buggies and wagons, bicyclists, trolley cars are in the street and pedestrians crowd the sidewalks. The Douglas Building is on a corner, it has a curved front, striped awnings, a cornice with modillions, dentils and carved coursing. The windows are topped with carved lintels decorated with garlands, dentils and a center shield. The arched entryway extends out from the building and is decorated with carvings. Signs on the building read: "Southern Pacific Company" and "E.W. Rogers North Riverside & Jurupa Canal." The Eninger's Bakery is in a Victorian style building with bay windows, a tower, pilasters, and cornices and modillions. A sign reads: "Ramona." A trolley car has a sign: Los Angeles Railway Co. 115." A banner hangs over Spring Street, it reads: Free Harbor Jubilee, Los Angeles - San Pedro May 1, 1906."
