The five story building has a four tiered tower with columns, sculpture, and a dome with a finial. The building has balustrades, a two story Corinthian portico with a carved pediment and massive sculptures by Massey Rhind that decorate the roof and tower. A park is nearby. Shows commercial buildings, a church, hotels, factories, smokestacks, the port and large boats on the river. Windsor, Ontario, Canada, is across the river. Signs read: "Famous Onyx Paints" "The Detroit Tribune" "Michigan Rug Co." "Farrand, Williams & Clark Wholesale Drug Sts." and "Avenue Theatre Vaudeville." Pedestrians, street railroad cars, automobiles and horse-drawn wagons and buggies are in the streets.
