Summary
Group portrait of Erinea Trujillo Vigil and her grandchildren in San Luis (Costilla County), Colorado. They are identified as Front row L to R: Jususita Romero, Tonita Romero, Adelia Vigil; Back row L to R: Luis Romero, Magdalena Vigil, Erinea Trujillo Vigil, Isabela Romero, Francisco Vigil, and Antonio Romero. They pose in front of an adobe wall and snow covers the ground. Mrs. Vigil, in a long dark dress, is seated and holds Tonita Romero in a plaid dress on her lap, the boys wear short pants with long stockings, and jackets. Antonio Romero wears a double breasted jacket with wide lapels and a scarf, Francisco Vigil a double breasted jacket. The girls wear dresses and Magdalena Vigil wears hair ribbons. Isabela Romero wears a dress with cut velvet panels.
