Summary
The Auraria Casa Mayan dancers entertain at a 16th of September (Diez y Seis de Septiembre) Mexican Independence Day celebration in Curtis Park in the Five Points neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. Dancers include Magdalena Gallegos and Alice Montoya. The young women wear matching dresses with full skirts and sleeves, scoop necks and dark shawls wrapped around their waists. Men, women and children are crowded around the stage.
