View of the Daniels House (1902 : Theodore D. Boal and Frederick D. Harnois), 4207 Montview Boulevard in the South Park Hill neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. This Vernacular Colonial Revival style home features gabled roofs, a prominent front porch supported by columns and pilasters, pedimented dormers and a front gable. A second story porch has a hipped roof. A Palladian window with a round arched lintel adorns the third story. The house is sometimes referred to as the "bird house" due to the replica birdhouse in the front yard.
