View of New Terrace (c. 1888) at 900-914 East Twentieth (20th) Street in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a part of the facade of the eight unit building which faces the street. The two-story brick building is in the Queen Anne style. Notable features include arched windows with five rows of brick voussoirs and a stone keystone and one-story wood porches with decorated friezes. The porches are supported by turned wood columns on brick piers. A plaque between the windows reads "New Terrace."
