View of 2525 Champa Street in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The residence is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing resource to the Curtis Park-Champa Street Historic District. The two-story brick Queen Anne house (c. 1885) has a full porch with a pediment above the entry, a bay with a pediment, cornice and fishscale shingles. There is an oriel window on the second floor and an oculus above the porch pediment.
