Standing bottom left is José Jesús Córdova, County Commissioner for Las Animas County Colorado, he wears a suit, vest and tie and has his hand in his vest. he has a full mustache. Center on the first step is Colorado State Senator and Mexican Consul Casimiro Barela. The elderly Senator Barela wears a suit vest and tie and holds a hat. He has gray hair and a mustache.
