View of the top floor and parapet of the Buerger Brothers Building (1929; architect - Montana S. Fallis Company) at 1732-1742 Champa Street in the Central Business District neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Listed on the National Register, this building is one of Denver's finest examples of the Art Deco style. The four-story building has a flat roof and a terracotta clad facade. Decorative elements include chevrons, plumes, and rosettes in polychrome glazed tile. Green lettering on the parapet reads: "1885 Buerger Bros 1929."
