This house owned by Hal Sayre is a rare Colorado example of a Moorish Revival style, built in 1892. It is essentially a foursquare with Moorish detailing. The windows are framed with Ogee-inspired transom cutouts
This Spanish Colonial Revival style mansion was built around 1921 and designed by JJ Benedict and Harry Manning. The low-pitched clay-tile roof, balconies, stucco, and decorative ironwork are of note. Visible in the photo is the ornate door.
