Photo during or around 1979. Thorney Lieberman was the principal photographer for the architectural firm of I.M. Pei and Partners (1971-1991). Images taken by him document 16th Street, Denver, Colo. before the creation of the 16th Street Transit Mall, more commonly known as the 16th Street Mall. Views encompass both sides of 16th Street starting at the corner of Colfax and Lincoln Streets, then proceeding north along Lincoln to 16th Street, then northwest along 16th Street across Broadway to Larimer Street.""; Series 43, Image X22
