Photo during or around 1979. Thorney Lieberman was the principal photographer for the architectural firm of I.M. Pei and Partners (1971-1991). Images taken by him document 16th Street, Denver, Colo. before the creation of the 16th Street Transit Mall, more commonly known as the 16th Street Mall.
