Ranch crew member Russell Norris (cq), 21, of Arlington, Tx. polishes plates and silverware at Smith Fork Ranch in Crawford, Co. All plates, glassware and stemware is polished for guests before being placed tableside. The ranch offers the usual array of ranch activities such as horseback riding, flyfishing, archery and hiking but also offers what one probably wouldn't expect at most ranches, five star dining in a rustic setting. Executive chef Bob Isaacson turns out world class dishes using as many fresh and local ingredients as possible. Owners Linda and Marley Hodgson are dedicated to an experience based on personal attention and fine dining and wine. It is Norris' first summer working at the ranch.
