Home owner Deb Adams-Welles says she came home to find the bear in her kitchen eating out of her refrigerator. The bear has broken into several homes in the upper class Red Mountain neighborhood of Aspen through partially open windows. Colorado Department of Wildlife deemed the bear dangerous and tranquilized it to tag, catalog and relocate the bruin.
