She has been an employee at Gaetano's restaurant, 3760 Tejon St., Denver, Colo., Monday, March 6, 2006. She has worked here 25 years from 9am -2pm. She puts 24 balls in a pan and makes about a hundred a day. They are used for spagetti dishes and other menu items.
