(06/20/2004) The Food and Wine Aspen Classic Cook-off was held in the main ballroom of the St. Regis Hotel in Aspen, CO and was hosted by Sissy Biggers. Ted Allen was the sous chef to Chef Scott Conant, one of the Best New chefs of 2004 and chef of New York restaurant L'Impero. They cooked off again Chef Tyler Florence from Food 911 and Gina Gallo from the Gallo Winer family. Ted is racing for the sugar to give to Scott. (JUDY WALGREN/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS)
