Christopher Kortlander (cq) , Director of the Custer Battlefield Museum reads a letter from Captain Myles Moylan to Elizabeth Custer. Moylan was one of the soldiers in charge of burying the dead after the Battle of the Little Bighorn. It is part of the collection of over 10,000 personal documents, letters, and photographs owned and saved by Libby Custer, the widow of general George Armstrong Custe February 7, 2006. He wants to build a new museum to hose the collection he already owns and the collection he has recently acquired. The new museum will be called The Elizabeth Custer Library and Museum of Frontier Women of the West. (DENNIS SCHROEDER / ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) **Christopher Kortlander (cq)
