These are a few of the dishes that will be offered by Piatti Locali and Chef Mario Godoy (cq). Course One will be (l) Cesare Salad: romaine hearts, parmesan reggiano, crostini or (r) Spinaci Salad: organic baby spinach, pears, candied walnuts, gorgonzola, honey balsamic dressing. Course Two is (rear l) Saltimbocca: veal, prosciutto, sage, fontina cheese, mashed potatoes, spinach or (rear rt) Salmon Piccata: naturally fed salmon, shallots, capers, white wine, butter, mashed potatoes, spinach or Spaghetti Bolognese: traditional Italian meat sauce, parmesan cheese or Ziti: organic sugar love squash, roasted garlic, thyme, butter parmesan sauce.
