U.S. skater Johnny Weir performs during the Men's Free Skating program at the Palavela ice arena in Turin, Italy as part of the 2006 Winter Olympics. Weir was in second place going into the evening's event but finished out of medal contention. Russian skater Evgeni Plushenko won the gold medal with a score of 258.33, Swiss skater Stephane Lambiel won the silver with a score of 231.21 and Canadian skater Jeffrey Buttle won the bronze with a score of 227.59.
