SLOW GOING ON I-70 / Motorists on westbound I-70 near Georgetown had to deal with delays Wednesday as Department of Transportation crews, above, began construction of rockfall barriers along the highway at Georgetown Hill. Traffic may be stopped again today from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for up to 20 minutes at a time in both directions. Work is expected through the end of the month.
