A traditional way to eat in Nigeria is with your hands. Sam Omatseye, a guest, at the dinner party dips his pounded yam into equisi soup. Business reporter Betty Abah from Nigeria prepares some if her native Nigerian dishes including three soups and pounded yam dish. The soups are ogbono soup, eguisi soup and pepper soup.
