Smith Fork Ranch owner Marley Hodgson (cq) looks through some of the 300 different labels of wine in the ranch's stock of nearly 3,000 bottles of wine in their cellar. The ranch offers the usual array of ranch activities such as horseback riding, flyfishing, archery and hiking but also offers what one probably wouldn't expect at most ranches, five star dining in a rustic setting. Executive chef Bob Isaacson turns out world class dishes using as many fresh and local ingredients as possible.
