The Olympic Torch passes by a statue of Neptune in the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II Wednesday February 8, 2006. The small town just outside of Turin was founded in 1200 and features an historic fortress and quaint piazza. The Olympic Torch is traveling through the outlying towns around Turin, Italy on its way to start the 2006 Winter Olympics in the northern Italian town.
