With the front range in the background, Chris Tomchuck (cq), of Breckenridge, approaches the top of Mt. Bierstadt near Georgetown, Colo., on Saturday, June 17, 2006. At 14,060 fett tall, Mt. Bierstadt is one of the easier 14ers to climb. It's ease and proximity to Denver make it one of the most heavily-used 14ers. It was his second time summiting Bierstadt.
