Lynn Barclay, Bureau of Land Management spokeswoman and a fire mitigation specialist, said that two telephone poles and an abandoned cabin were casualties of the 3,500 acre Thomas fire in Northwest Colorado. The Moffat County Commissioners declared the scorched area a disaster Tuesday night.
