Colorado Springs, CO December 8, 2005 Rollie Wesen, head chef at Summit, the new restaurant at the Broadmoor hotel, explains the wine and food menu. The restaurant, a four and a half million dollar investment, is scheduled to formally open Jan. 2. Entres will range from $17-$25 dollars and the wine list will feature 150 different vintages.
