Guests can watch the chefs in action through the large window looking into the kitchen of Altitude, at the entrance of the restaurant on the ground floor of the Hyatt on December 14, 2005, in downtown Denver. The hotel opens on Tuesday December 20, 2005. The Hyatt's corporate chef, Janos Kiss, out of Chicago, goes over the menu with the local staff.
