Homeless advocate Randle Loeb, of Denver who was formerly homeless spoke about the difficulties of being homeless, some of the problems that bring people to becoming homeless and the many homeless friends he's lost, while addressing the Denver City Council at the Denver City and County Building December 5, 2005 in Denver. Council Bill's 886, 887, and 888 passed by a majority. Loeb said, " Writing a bill isn't a way of changing things, but to placing them (the homeless) into a program where they can get treatment." He hopes to see these location not just in downtown Denver, but all around the Denver Metro area." (MARIA J.
