Vail, Colorado April 8, 2004. The 14th Annual Taste of Vail. Chef Jody Adams of Rialto Restaurant in Cambridge, Massachusetts is the guest chef for a luncheon at Larkspur Restaurant in Vail. Asparagus salad with aged gouda and truffled anchovy vinaigrette is assembled in the kitchen and is served with 2002 Trefethen Dry Riesling from Napa Valley.
