March 18, 2005} Partners from Continuum Partners, Inc., a real estate development company in Denver, Will Fleissig (cq Will Fleissig, in striped shirt), right, director for planning and design, and Jason Newcomer,(cq Jason Newcomer) bottom right, tenant coordinator, offer advice to five graduate students from the CU Real Estate Center who are finalists in a prestigious, national land-use contest, the third annual Urban Land Institute Gerald D. Hines Student urban Design Competition.
