(DENVER shot on 3/21/05) President George W. Bush shares a laugh with Joleen Mossoni (cq, right), 21, of Boulder as she asks a question during the so-called "Conversations on Social Security" Monday at the Wings Over The Rockies Museum at the old Lowry AFB in Denver. Mossoni is a political science major at the University of Colorado and is writing a paper about social security reform for one of her classes. She was one of five people invited on stage to ask questions about Bush's plan. The event was open to people on Bob Beauprez's e-mail list and is the President's main platform for selling the biggest domestic priority of his second term. Bush is hoping to turn public opinion on social security reform in his favor. He hopes to divert payroll taxes into private investment accounts and solve a looming shortfall in the current system.
