(DENVER, Co. - SHOT 3/19/2005) Anai Chacon (cq, center), 15, of Denver and her cousin Saul Venzon (right), 15, of Westminster walk back to their waiting limo after having quinceanera pictures taken in Civic Center Park Saturday afternoon. Denver is working on a plan to turn Civic Center Park into a destination point in downtown Denver by possibly connecting it to the 16th Street Mall and perhaps even burying part of Colfax Avenue to make the whole area more pedestrian friendly. The ambitious plan calls for reviving the area around the park that has largely become a haven for drug dealers and users and the homeless. The city hopes to make the park an entertainment center with food stands, concerts, film series and other attractions. In the background are Click Fotografia photographers Guillermo Munoz (left) and Fausto Chavez (right), both of Denver. Munoz said they often take quinceanera pictures in Civic Center Park.
