The chair belongs to Marc Applebaum (cq), one of the architects on the project, and is called a Knoll Bertoia Bird Lounge Chair, and was loaned to Markus for the photo shoot. Costs are from $200,000 to $326,000, also modest. Its location: northwest Denver Highlands Neighborhood. The building site was once the Romanesque St. Dominic's Church and School, circa 1890, and has a lot of inherent history. (All of this info is taken from the assignment, except for the chair info.)
