(Pueblo, Colo., April 21, 2004) Retired steelworkers play cards and pool together at the union hall rec room in Pueblo. Rocky Mountain Steelmills in Pueblo, Colorado (formerly CF&I) owned by Oregon Steel Mills Company, has reached an agreement with the United Steel Workers of America Union to end a six and a half year strike. It was the longest USWA strike in U.S. history. The company and Unions need to find a way to put the strike behind them so the mill can survive in a very competitive global market.
