A farmer tills his fields west of Last Chance, CO Wednesday September 21, 2005. The area has been in a severe drought for the past decade. The only businesses that want to locate there are dumps and landfills. Residents of Last Chance, CO a rural community about two hours east of Denver, are tired of fighting the large corporations and wish they would leave them alone. The towns people want to maintain their community as it is. With little water, they are very protective of the environment.
