For the Ref C and D Project: Shot on 10/5/2005 - At Holly Heights Nursing Home in Denver, 65% of their 133 residents are on Medicaid. Janet Snipes (cq), the administrator for Holly Heights, says, "Its very frightening to think of the repercussions to our nursing home residents if C and D do not pass. We would experience substantial medicaid cuts and will have to cut staffing, which is our biggest expense. We have to have lights, heat and insurance just to operate. During exercise time, Chuck Watson (cq) (l) Anna Jackola (cq)(m) , and Jackie Obendorf (cq) (r) bounce a big blue ball around the room with other residents to keep during a seated volleyball game.
