(L-R) Vahe Christianian, (CQ) VP Sales and Business development and Ken McDonald (cq) VP Marketing and Operations for LifePics, hold a print Tuesday June 28, 2005, generated from a digital file on a computer, sent to a lab and printed at a local lab. Their company allows someone to shoot digital, upload that image to a local lab and pic up a finished print. The spinoff business by a co-owner of a Boulder camera store (Mike's Camera) has built up the largest network of local photofinishers in the U.S. and Canada. LifePics accepts orders from the Internet and sends them directly to a photo finishing lab in the customer's neighborhood.
