Pennsylvania St. Denver. The group was working on counting by 10s, up to 1,000. Lincoln emerged as the top school in DPS, under its new rating system. DPS released its new ratings for schools, citing 10 as distinguished and 52 as meeting expectations - while 49 are put on watch and 35 on probation. The new ratings system, which emphasizes growth in student achievement and factors in some 40 indicators, is among the most nuanced ratings system in the country.
