Aztec Dancers practice outside of the Santiago Papasquiaro Cultural Center, in Durango, Mexico Wednesday May 18, 2005. Papasquiaro, which was founded in 1786, is one of the many towns inhabited by alleged cop killer Raul Garcia-Gomez's family. Migration from Papasquiaro to the United States has been high due to job loss caused by a drought and deforestation. The lack of jobs has also made the town a hub for drug trafficking from the Sierra Madre Occidental. Garcia-Gomez is being sought for the murder of Denver Police Detective Donald Young. (MARIA J.
