Just before he left for Iraq, Senior Airman Kris Mansfield showed his father his will. "Put that away," his dad said. "You'll be reading mine long before I read yours." Four months after returning from the war zone, Mansfield was finally back at home, doing what he loved best - riding his motorcycle - when he was blindsided by a drunk driver and killed near Buckley AFB. The driver, a personal injury attorney whose BAC was nearly 3 times the legal limit, is expected to plead guilty Thursday. He has not spoken to or apologized to the family. Meanwhile Manfield's father is speaking to schools and cadets at the Air Force Academy about drunk driving.
