Ann Sharp, 76, is a hospice patient suffering from congestive heart failure and has been given two weeks to live. Her dream was to see her sister Eleanor Scheurer (cq), 86, from Arizona one last time, as they have not seen each other for 11 years. The Dream Foundation and Secure Horizons together put her wish into motion in 48 hours to bring Eleanor and her daughter Patty Brandwein (cq), also from Arizona, to Longmont for the reunion. Secure Horizons donated $75,000 to the Dream Foundation to enhance its mission of fulfilling the wishes of older adults facing life-threatening illnesses. Patty holds one of Ann's newest great grandsons to the left, while Eleanor (rt) reconnects with her sister Ann. (Ann has the oxygen and Eleanor has the great tan, the doggie is Brandy, Ann is holding Sean Roberts Jr. (cq), her great grandson and Eleanor is holding Sean's twin brother Dylan Roberts (cq) - they are both 8 weeks and weighed just over two pounds when they were born three months early) (JUDY WALGREN/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) Ann Sharp (cq), Eleanor Scheurer (cq), Patty Brandwein (cq), Sean Roberts Jr. (cq), Dylan Roberts (cq)
