(DENVER, Colo., April 19, 2005) Preschool children(L-R) Maxine Fuselier,Eric Payne, Robert Strong, and Ethan Montoya from Temple Emanuel watch as a classmate from the pre-school program at Temple Emanuel grind wheat into flour as they learn how to make and bake matzah at the Bais Menachem at 400 S. Holly in Denver Tuesday morning April 19, 2005. It is a model program to allow them to re-experience what their jewish ancestors did before they fled Egypt thousand of year ago. The matzah, a flat bread, are made from flour and water and must be made and baked beginning to end in 18 minutes and are used in the passover celebration.
