Denver, Co. 4/28/04. Sopes de Frijoles Negros (Black Bean Sopes) at Mezcal restaurant. Chef Roberto Diaz came from Chichuahua, Mexico, and trained under Sean Yontz, of Tamayo and Vega restaurants.
