A sign of what is to come on Road FS 369 in the San Isabel Forest in the Wet Mountains on June 27, 2007. In the area hundreds of trees were blown down June 6, 2007. The area is open to logging and the logging company has agreed to remove fallen and dangerous trees to reopen the road to the public. The Forest Service is evaluating and mitigating the area for safety, and spruce beetles infestation. Road FS 369 to access the Greenhorn Wilderness area will continue to be closed for several more weeks until trees on the road and widow makers in public access are can be cut.
